Good for up-close viewing only as the picture size is small. Overall is a good product.
Bought 2 of these, 1 for my mom and 1 for my mother in law. I was worried the picture quality might not be that great for the price but I was pleasantly surprised and they loved it.
I bought this frame for my wife over a year ago. It has worked fine without problems, the picture quality is good and we like that we can rotate the frame to either portrait or landscape view and the frame automatically adjusts. We also enjoy the selections and groupings the frame chooses when displaying photo montages. None of the other frames I have bought for other members of my family have compared, but I didn't want to spend over a $100 on their frames.
I bought 2 for Mother's Day gifts for my mom and mother-in-law; wanted a small size because of price and so that they can take them to work if they want. The quality was not nearly as good as the 7-inch Philips digital picture frame that I own, which was disappointing. Also, it only stores about 3 photos in the frame itself--to have a slideshow with many photos, you must either have a thumb drive sticking out of the back or buy a memory card. For the price, however, it was a decent buy.
Nothing is clear, the user guide is almost useless and I'm a tekkie type. Image quality is fine but the user interface is ridiculously poor. Everything related to loading and using this frame is complicated, from the software to the hardware (buttons). Even worse, each time it turns off-on, you have to go through a series of menu choices all over again just to show the same album. Don't buy this -- there are far better choices out there.
